About HerSpace
WHO WE SUPPORT
HerSpace Training & Empowerment is part of the Empowerment Plan of Catalyst for Change Vietnam. It provides safe, supportive spaces in Da Nang and Hoi An where women, particularly single mothers and those recovering from difficult life experiences, can rebuild confidence, develop practical skills, and gradually return to meaningful work.
HOW THE PROGRAM
WORKS
Within HerSpace, women receive hands-on training in areas such as wellness facilitation, cultural experiences, hospitality, and community engagement. The program emphasizes learning through practice, mentorship, and peer support, allowing participants to grow at their own pace while rediscovering a sense of purpose and belonging.
MORE THAN TRAINING
More than a training center, HerSpace functions as a community of sisterhood, where women support one another through shared experiences and collective resilience. Through this process, participants are prepared not only with professional skills but also with renewed confidence to engage with the wider community.
#OurWomen Magazine
This magazine shares the lived stories of Vietnamese women, especially single mothers, in their own words and on their own terms. The series is created with informed consent and paid honoraria, and it connects readers to practical ways to stand with the women featured — through HerSpace experiences, skill training, and dignified work.
