Getting around in Vietnam is fairly easy, depending on the city you’re located in. Almost all bigger cities are connected by an affordable train network. Most cities have GrabBikes or GrabCars, a very cheap and reliable alternative to taxis. We would recommend downloading the Grab (similar to Uber) application and setting it up before arriving.
Certainly! If you apply for our Teach for Change program, we will support you with your visa during your stay. If you already travel through Vietnam, we can adjust accordningly. If you are volunteering with the Community Engagement Program, we are not involved with your visa application. Therefore you are free to arrange any additional time as you please.

Certainly! Through our latest initiative, the Community Engagement Program, we provide short-term volunteering opportunities for a minimum of two weeks. However, please note that this program is self-funded, so volunteers are responsible for covering expenses related to food, accommodation, and activities.
Most of our school have wireless internet access. Your apartment/house will always have WiFi. Not everywhere in Vietnam can easily reach Wi-Fi, but it is possible to have Internet access since your phone will normally have a 4G-connection with your Vietnamese sim card, which we suggest you get upon your arrival at the airport. It should only cost around 100k VND (Vietnam Dong is the currency) or $5, plus you should add money for phone calls and data. Make sure they set up everything for you when you buy your sim card. Your host can also help you with this upon your arrival.
