HerKitchen is a network of social-enterprise kitchens and cafés in Central Vietnam that empower single mothers through culinary arts, hospitality training, and meaningful employment.

Across our locations in Da Nang and Hoi An, HerKitchen spaces operate as welcoming community hubs where guests can enjoy Vietnamese coffee, ancient teas, home-style cuisine, and immersive cultural experiences — all while supporting women rebuilding their lives.
Each HerKitchen site follows a shared philosophy of “learning by doing.” Women receive hands-on training in real service environments, developing professional skills, confidence, and financial independence through daily practice rather than classroom instruction alone.
Today, the HerKitchen network includes café spaces, culinary experience kitchens, and training facilities — all offering a a consistent menu and shared culinary experiences rooted in Vietnamese traditions.
