Cancellation Policy
This document clarifies the terms and conditions under which volunteers can cancel their reservation for Catalyst for Change's Community Engagement Programme (CEP) offerings, including Global Connect, Impact Labs, and Her Space (CEP), and the consequences of cancellation.
C4C understands that unexpected situations can occur and that plans may change as a result. If a volunteer is unable to stick to their confirmed program or program dates, they should inform the Volunteer Coordinators as soon as possible.
C4C will discuss the possibility of rescheduling the program with the volunteer in detail. Rescheduling the program dates is always our first priority.
If rescheduling is not possible and the volunteer is unable to participate in the program, C4C can refund the program fee within one week under the following conditions:
– Cancellation at least 30 days before program start 100% refund (volunteer only pays for transaction costs)
– Cancellation less than 30 days before program start 75% refund
– Cancellation less than 10 days before program start 50% refund
– Cancellation less than 3 days before program start No refund possible
Refunds are processed through C4C. For select programs run in partnership with external organizations, refund handling may differ and will be communicated to the volunteer at the time of booking.
By transferring the program fee, the volunteer agrees to this cancellation policy.
