Overview
Minimum group size: 4 participants (dates will be confirmed once the minimum number is reached)
The TESOL Lab is where learning steps off the screen and into real life.
Rather than stopping at online coursework, participants learn TESOL by living it, teaching in real classrooms, collaborating with Vietnamese educators, and growing alongside an international cohort. Training is completed online, then immediately applied within the Vietnamese context, where every lesson becomes a space to practice, reflect, and evolve.
Participants can step into a wide range of authentic teaching environments, from kindergartens and English language centers to primary, secondary, high schools, and universities. This diversity allows them to explore different learner groups, experiment with teaching styles, and build the kind of adaptability and confidence that no textbook can offer.
Beyond the classroom, participants engage with meaningful social and environmental initiatives led by C4C and its partners, grounding their teaching journey in purpose and community impact. By the end of the TESOL Lab, participants graduate not only with a recognized TESOL certification, but also with documented supervised teaching experience and clear pathways to teaching opportunities across Vietnam.
