ABOUT
The Community Engagement Program (CEP) is a joint initiative by C4C and VEN, offering short-term, paid volunteer opportunities for immersive experiences in Central Vietnam. Through hands-on projects in education, conservation, and women’s empowerment, participants contribute to real social impact while engaging deeply with local culture.
VISION
CEP envisions becoming the Erasmus Mundus of Southeast Asia—a regional hub where global citizens and local communities collaborate through transformative learning, social impact, and cultural exchange to empower women, youth, and the environment.
OUR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS
CEP offers immersive, short-term experiences that connect volunteers with Vietnam’s most urgent social and environmental needs. Through three core sub-programs, participants contribute meaningfully while learning through cultural exchange and grassroots action.
We partner with schools, universities, and youth organizations to co-create cultural exchange camps and leadership programmes in Vietnam. If your institution is looking for a meaningful international collaboration, we'd love to connect.
Gain real classroom experience in Vietnam through two teaching tracks: teach at Vietnamese universities (Uni Lab) or earn your TESOL certification with supervised classroom practice (TESOL Impact Lab). Both run for a minimum of 2 weeks in Da Nang.
Join a hands-on cooking experience guided by the women of HerKitchen, and discover authentic Vietnamese food culture. Our wellness retreats — combining nature, healing practices, and community — are coming soon.
