Anti-Discrimination and Inclusion Policy
Catalyst for Change (C4C) is dedicated to creating a positive impact on Vietnamese children and women through educational volunteerism, cultural immersion, and empowerment. Our mission is to empower marginalized communities by building knowledge, skills, confidence, and networks, breaking barriers of inequality through human connection and inclusive access to transformative opportunities.
C4C is committed to fostering an environment that is free from discrimination and that promotes inclusion, respect, and equality for all individuals. This Anti-Discrimination and Inclusion Policy outlines our commitment to ensuring that all activities, communications, and interactions within C4C are free from discrimination based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. It also promotes an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and can participate fully.
A copy of this Anti-Discrimination and Inclusion Policy is kept and regularly updated by the Inclusion Representative, ensuring that it remains aligned with C4C's mission and legal obligations. The Inclusion Representative, Mr. Erwin Lizarondo (board@catalystforchangevietnam.com), is available to support staff and volunteers with any related concerns or questions.
