Co-organized by Viet Endangered Narratives (VEN) and Catalyst for Change (C4C), this experience brings together two essential dimensions of wellbeing:

  • VEN guides you gently into nature ‒ through forest, ocean, and quiet wildlife encounters—helping you reconnect with the natural rhythm of life.

  • C4C supports your inner journey through healing practices such as yoga, qigong, meditation, and sound therapy.
     

This retreat is not about achieving, learning, or pushing limits.
It is about softening the body, calming the mind, and creating space to feel again.
