What You'll Experience:
1. Arrival and welcome
You arrive at HerKitchen and are welcomed with a refreshing drink and seasonal fruits. This is a gentle moment to settle in, meet your hosts, and step into the atmosphere of the kitchen.
2. Introduction to HerKitchen
You’ll be introduced to HerKitchen and the wider work of C4C, learning how this space brings together food, community, and women’s empowerment.
3. Discovering ingredients and food culture
Before cooking begins, you’ll explore the ingredients used in Vietnamese fried rice and learn why this dish reflects a spirit of creativity, care, and resourcefulness in everyday family kitchens.
4. Optional market or farm connection
Depending on the location, you may begin with a visit to a local market in Da Nang or a farm in Hoi An, where you can see where the ingredients come from and experience the rhythm of local food life.
