Begin by completing the online application form. If selected for an interview, we’ll reach out with further details via email. Once you receive the Volunteer Guidebook give it a thorough read. If accepted, submit your documents and wait for your post-placement instructions and VISA Approval Letter to arrive.
VISA
Our hosts and partners will apply for your VISA Approval Letter, which typically takes 1-2 weeks if everything goes smoothly. Once you receive it, please review it carefully, print it out, and present it to the Immigration Desk at the airport upon your arrival. Additionally, during the pre-departure seminars, we thoroughly discuss these procedures to ensure you're well-prepared.
FLY
TO US
Fly to Vietnam and begin your journey to self-discovery, cultural exchange, and volunteering! An airport pick-up will be arranged by the host and will bring you to the volunteer site.
